ORDERING DURING COVID-19 

Business as usual. We are a small family business run by one person, Olivia, who processes all orders. Olivia is living in isolation and is fit and well. If you order during this time we will be able to process your order as usual. Although estimated delivery dates may be slightly affected due to deliveries and postal systems, we will endeavour to get things out to you as usual.

DELIVERY POLICY

All of our items have individual postage rates. Please see the rates in the individual products. We use Royal Mail 1st & 2nd Class. Delivery lead times can vary, but are usually 3 - 5 Business days after despatch during this time.

COVID-19: Please note that orders are fulfilled by one individual, Olivia, and therefore orders can take slightly longer than expected. During the current situation we are currently recieving a higher amount of orders than usual & therefore ask for you to please be patient. At this time, Olivia is taking all pre-cautions when packing your orders. 

However, for your safety, we would advise you to please stay atleast 2 metres apart from the courier personnel & to wash your hands after recieving the parcel. Please refer to the WHO (World Health Organization) for more advice on how to stay safe during this time. 

We accept 28 day returns of our items. Buyers will need to pay for the return postage unless it is faulty, in which case we will reimburse the customer. 

If the item you received arrived damaged, doesn't match the listing description, or if it's the wrong item please contact us immediately and we will get this resolved for you.  

If you have faulty goods, we ask for you to please let us know by sending us photographic evidence of your faulty item. This will help to speed up the process. If you have chosen the wrong size or colour, you can return your goods to us for a size exchange. The postage is to be paid by the buyer. Please allow time for returns/exchanges to be processed. 

If you no longer want an item, you can cancel the order within two hours of purchasing the order.  Please contact us if you wish to cancel your order. If your item has already been shipped, you will need to return this to us & once we receive it, you can then receive your refund. Buyers must pay the return postage feeds. Please allow time for returns to be processed.
