We've temporarily extended our returns timelines to help you if you need to return an item during COVID-19.
You'll now have 21 business days from when a return is accepted or a postage label is provided to you to send your item back. Once tracking shows that the item has been successfully returned, the seller has 5 business days to inspect the item and issue your refund.

If the item you received arrived damaged, doesn't match the listing description, or if it's the wrong item please contact us immediately and we will get this resolved for you. If you have faulty goods, we ask for you to please send us photographic evidence of your faulty item. This will help to speed up the process. If your item is the wrong size or colour, you can return your goods to us for a size exchange.
If you no longer want an item, we are able to cancel your order given that we have not yet shipped it out to you. Please contact us if you wish to cancel your order. If your item has already been shipped, you will need to return this to us & once we recieve it, you can then recieve your refund. Please allow time for returns to be processed.
